Last Will and Testament

I, EMERSON E.  PALMER, of the town of Bethlehem, in the county of Albany and State of New York being of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my last WILL and TESTAMENT, in manner following that is to say:



FIRST.  I give the following legacies: Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) to my daughter ELVIRA M. HEATH of Glenmont; $300 to my daughter MABEL L. GALLUP of Glenmont.  Said sums shall be paid one year after my death.



SECOND.  All the rest of my property both real and personal I give and devise to my son, EMERSON E. PALMER.



THIRD.  I give my executor full power and authority to sell my real estate.



LASTLY I hereby appoint my son EMERSON E. PALMER to be executor of this, my last Will and Testament: hereby revoking all select former wills by me made.



IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto subscribed to my name the 23rd day of October in the year  Nineteen Hundred and Thirty-one.

We, whose names are hereto subscribed DO CERTIFY that on the 23rd day of October 1931, EMERSON E. PALMER, the testator above named, subscribed his name to this instrument in our presence and in the presence of each of us, and at the same time, in our presence and hearing, declared he same to be his last Will and Testament, and requested, usand each of us, to sign our names thereto as witnesses to the execution thereof, which we hereby do in the presence of the testator and of each other, on the day of the date of the said Wi
